Lilibeth Gangas is the Chief Technology Community Officer at the Kapor Center for Social Impact, an Oakland, CA-based impact organization that works to diversify the tech sector for positive social outcomes. In this new role, Lili is focused on driving forth inclusive tech talent pipeline initiatives and utilizing tech-driven entrepreneurship to address social and economic inequities.
Previous to the Kapor Center, Lilibeth was an Associate Principal at Accenture Technology Lab’s Open Innovation team, building bridges between startups and Global 2000 companies by leveraging cross-sector collaboration. Previous to Accenture, Lilibeth served on the Innovation Services team at Booz Allen and was a Sr. Multi-Disciplined Software Engineer at Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems.
Lili has also played active roles in TechStars Startup Weekend DC, the Small Business Administration (SBA)”Startup in a Day Challenge,” the White House Council of Women and Girls, Georgetown Social Venture Biz Plan Competition, and as an advisor to Dreamwakers.org and OpenDataNation.com.
Lilibeth holds an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and Systems Engineering Certification from UCLA Extension.
